About UK Buying Agent

We started the same way many of our customers do: trying to buy from UK while living abroad.

It was surprisingly difficult to find someone trustworthy to buy from local stores, receive items, and ship them internationally. So we did it ourselves—placing orders, meeting sellers, and learning customs and freight step by step.

Friends and colleagues started asking for help. Those favors grew into UK Buying Agent, and buying for others became our full-time work. For more than ten years we have specialized in international purchasing and logistics; since 2018 we have delivered more than 10,000 orders for customers worldwide.

Where we are based

Our office and warehouse are located in London, UK—where we receive sellers' parcels after we buy for you, combine orders when practical, and prepare international shipments for our customers.

How we help you today

Send us what you want from UK: links or descriptions. We buy on your behalf, remove excess packaging when it lowers shipping cost, combine multiple purchases when it makes sense, and write the shipping price as a comment on your order page before you pay. We do not give you an address to forward your own packages; receiving and repacking happen only after we purchase for you.

• We ship as soon as we can—our partners charge for storage, so we are not a long-term warehouse. When two or three orders arrive from the same area, we may combine them within about 10 days; we do not merge shipments that are far apart.
• Many payment methods and shipping options.
• Clear fees: product and service costs first, shipping once we know weight and destination.
